He previously owned 4 successful companies in retail, wholesale and manufacturing, that all employed over 3,000 people in the Greater China region. Ricky received his Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. He is also the Director of HK Leather Shoes Association, Treasurer of Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship and Deputy Chairman of Happymen Foundation. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Prior to joining Solveigh, Jona has been active at Houthoff Buruma, one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands, providing legal and strategic advice as M&A lawyer to various Chinese state-owned enterprises and listed companies in their outbound activities, M&A and European affairs. Previously active in the international corporate and commercial practice at Ruig & Partners, advising multinational companies in the energy sector, especially oil companies, in structuring, finance and trust. Director Transaction Origination China. Melonie is responsible for new business development in China, working from both Beijing and Guangzhou. She has been advising Chinese financial institutions on innovative structured finance solutions based on her knowledge gained during her 11 working years at ING Group and ABN AMRO bank. Melonie has been active in amongst others securitization, capital management and portfolio management. Prior to moving back to China in 2010, she participated for several years in advisory services, marketing and sales for an ING subsidiary in China. Melonie holds a MBA degree from Plymouth University, UK, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Dutch.
Manager of Solveigh Greater China. Rienk is specialized in cross border mergers and acquisitions involving China and Chinese enterprises. Rienk holds honors degrees in Law (LL.B. and LL.M.) and Business (MBA) and is an alumnus of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University (Beijing). He also worked for the well-known blue chip property investment and development company Hongkong Land. Before moving to Asia, Rienk practised as a transaction lawyer for 4,5 years, of which 3 years at Holland Van Gijzen, a large Dutch Law Firm that has a strategic alliance with Ernst & Young. He has extensive project experience in collaborating with Chinese electronic companies, including Hairer, Changhong, Huawei, Skyworth, TCL. Previously Jacky was also active in financial advisory as external consultant for the Bank of China International (Asia). Jacky holds a BSc degree from Fudan University, China and a MBA degree with a major in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Jacky speaks native Mandarin and Shanghainese and is fluent in English.
